Now Jade Riviera Cancun

My 1st visit. Dreams Jade is a wonderful resort. The food is top notch, the service is even better. Roberto and Francisco from concierge will take excellent care of you if you happen to be in their services. I have seen many people comment that they return year after year to this resort and I can definitely see why. Pools are great, entertainment team is great, grounds are kept in excellent shape, drinks were good, and restaurants were excellent (except maybe the Mediterranean one, but that’s just personal preference). Highly recommend Dreams Jade.

We had an amazing expierence the staff made sure we felt special and enjoyed every second. Francisco was the sweetest most thoughtful bartender ever greeting us with a smile and assuring we had a good laugh to start our day. He is so personable to each and every customer we knew we loved him from the second we arrived to the resort. Saul, Antonio, Dylan, David made our pool days a different experience each day making but every game and activity was a good time because of them. Leo, Andy, and Abdias we were so intricate to who each of us were, had our orders memorized by the end of the week. They put up with us the entire time and never failed to greet us with a big smile as soon as we came in and made us feel so special. David the server manager was a big part of the trip making sure we were taken care of every night. We loved the crew and could not have wanted it any different. The rooms were gorgeous and always clean, the views all around the resort are excellent , and the staff is amazing!

My family and I had a great time at Dreams Jade. We had a group of 8 people, and everyone had a blast. The rooms were a little tired, but it looks like the hotel is undergoing a renovation that will improve that. The staff, food, and resort property we better than I expected them to be.
