Marco at Cin Cin restaurant went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food and service are excellent. We ate twice there during our stay

This is our second experience at Jade, first was in 2024 during hurricane Beryl, and we knew we lost a lot of time and beach. This time we still couldn't use the beach due to the seaweed but the relaxed vibe was extremely welcoming. The staff was top tier as usual, the food could use a bit more variety in the buffet or at the resturants as the quality of that went down a bit. But overall, a very memorable fun experience that I highly recommend.

Just returned from a second visit with our 2 daughters after a previous visit last Oct. Firstly thank you for the preferred upgrade with ocean view suite, it was very nice. The only issue was our toilet flush kept malfunctioning, this happened 3 times in a week but was resolved each time, slightly annoying however could have been worse. We stayed in room 8203 so management please be aware of this issue. At this moment in time a lot of rooms are being renovated and the restaurants will alternate between closing for dinner so other venues will get very busy so be aware and get there early if you can. This includes the Mix bar which is the one at the bottom nearest the beach which is a lovely chill area. Not sure how long these works are planned for though. Service was amazing as always massive thank you to Lourdes who is just the best and also Israel and Jose in the main Carnival buffet restaurant. In our experience from the past 2 trips the Italian was the worst experience for us due to cold food. We definitely recommend getting to the Spice restaurant and also the Tepanyaki table which is a brilliant evening but very high in demand. The chef Louis? sorry if I got this wrong - is fantastic and even came to say hi to us afterwards. Cocktails by the pool were great thank you Angel, and the staff work very hard keeping the resort clean and tidy. There are excursions available which we did not do as we were more than happy in the resort. Please see Concierge if this is something you want to do. Overall I would highly recommend this resort for families and couples if you have not been.
