Reina Roja Hotel

My experience was very bad. We were robbed the night before we left the hotel. They stole our belongings with important documents to return to the United States. The hotel was not responsible for anything and to date we have not had a message from them. I wouldn't recommend it, it's the worst hotel in the world. It's in precarious condition. The staff is very apathetic.

Tear it down. The place is on life support. Nothing works and no one cares. Prepare to adjust your plans when you get there. Location is good. Yes there is street noise but it gets drowned out by the demolition taking place on the hotel. I would not return.

It's one of the worst experiences I've ever had when staying in a hotel. They do not have enough staff even when it is high season, they did not clean the room, the worst is the receptionist (manager-manager-security guard, and all the hotel posts) for the attention and answers he gives to a claim. They have no ability to compensate or fix anything. If you can avoid this hotel. It's not worth it.
