The Reef Playacar All Inclusive

Nora, our room attendant was the best we have ever had at an inclusive resort. You made our stay at The Reef Playacar exceptional. Thank you so much Nora Shelley and Kerry

The hotel was a disappointment. There was unsanitary sargassum all week and it was not possible to use the beach. They do not offer to take you to another beach or one of their hotels so that you have access to another pool, unless you want to lock yourself in a sales room at another of their hotels so they can sell you a timeshare, something I was not going to do. They are very insistent with this; they follow you everywhere. At the end of the stay I requested a wake-up call. They did not call me. And they didn't apologize to me either. Like nothing happened. I will not return and I do not recommend it!
