A shameful accommodation. We found the room full of bugs, in addition to being dirty, and a mattress that sank. Two guests before us requested bathroom cleaning, and another requested cleaning for cockroaches in their room. We arrived with small children and stayed one night, but we decided to leave the hotel the next day since it did not meet what was offered and was not in hygienic and dignified conditions (the photos do not reflect reality). The person in charge noted our account number to refund us for the night, and after a few days, the response was negative because, according to their privacy policy, it was not allowed. Our question is: And what about the policy that requires minimum standards for accommodations? They also indicate that breakfast is included, which is shameful: a coffee, two pieces of bread, and two small pieces of papaya. Wifi did not reach the rooms; we requested that they check it, and they did not have maintenance staff.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. They don't do the cleaning daily, they don't change the sheets. There are bugs. Very dirty, we understand that the price is not so high but it is definitely not a place where you want to spend your vacation. Mattresses are so old you're sinking. Definitely don't come.

We arrived late ( almost midnight)having warned the hotel that we would. The doorman/ whoever let us in must have been drunk after refusing to take a credit card or or even hold USD till the next morning ( there was no warning that it was cash only) so one of us had to go back out to find an atm, returned and then he had no change. he could not remember where our room was and took us all over the hotel carrying our bags to top it all the lights in room did not work. Next morning we left our bags as had a late flight which was fine and they said we could spend some time by the pool, then they charged us for the baggage storage and told us we had to leave immediately while we were still in swimming costumes. We speak Spanish and English fluently, this was not a language problem but the management just behaving extremely badly. Shame as it could be a nice hotel!
