Chef Edwin was amazing. What a show and great food. Francisco was the waiter helping and he was very acomadating.

We just returned from a family trip to the Hard Rock Riviera Maya and it was an amazing week. Our butlers Nacho and Bernie made sure that e erything was perfect for our trip. The group includedyself, my daughter, son-in-law, 6 yo grandson and 4 yo granddaughter. The resort is very family friendly and the kids loved the water park and the slide in the main pool. The shows and the entertainment crew are amazing. My granddaughters nickname is Giggi and she fell in love with Giggi who is part of the entertainment team. The staff everywhere are are very attentive and after a few days they know what you are drinking and just keep bringing drinks. They were of course playing Futbol games everywhere so the resort was very active. There was an activity where the kids painted soccer balls to take home which they loved. Would definitely recommend this resort for a family trip. There is also an adult section with a separate pool, beach and restaurants if you are traveling without kids. I love the music and overall vibe of the resort and we will definitely be going again.
