Xtudio Comfort Hotel Adult Only

Not sure why this small boutique hotel isn’t more popular? It is literally in the middle of the action! Right on 5th Avenue, 1 block from the beach and smack in the middle of the bustle and hustle of 5th Avenue! The hotel itself, is small, but the rooms are big and comfortable. Each room is studio style, as in they come with a small kitchen area (portable stove, microwave, kitchen sink, large fridge, pots and pans, etc). Also, they have rooms with balconies facing 5th Avenue!!!!! So, you can sit out there with your beer, just looking at all the action on 5th Avenue... you can see the beach and Cozumel!!! This is a steal for the price. This is my second time at this small hotel. This time around, we met Fernando, the front desk concierge. He was so personable and helpful, together with Claudia and the rest of the staff! The free breakfast included is so worth it!! Thank you so much for another great stay! People are sleeping on this great deal of a hotel! I will be back for sure.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Playa del Carmen and this means that evevrything is very near. The room had a balcony and a big refrigerator, living room and a bed room. The beach is also a walking distance. Thank you Margarita for taking care of our room ! I hope you fo see you again. I wish you all the best The room was allways nice and tidy.

We stayed here from 27/07/2019 for 11 nights. Absolutely amazing hotel for this price with Xcelent rooms ( fully equipped). The staff at the reception and cafe was stunning, special thanks to the woman who cleaned the room, you are the best. Highly recommended!!!!!
