City Express San Luis Potosi

A very good hotel direct on the highway outside of the city. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. They have a big parking lot and also a pool outside The room was very big with a big fridge and a microwave. It was clean too. I was here for 3 weeks. With Uber you can go to the city without any problems.

The room was very humid and many of mosquitos. No iron board and the iron was bot working properly. The set up of the room was uncomfortable.... But customer service was splendid and the breakfast was excellent ..

Personnel is the best thing they have, helpful and courteous. Room 127 is gloomy; dim, even with all lights turned on. Good lighting in the restroom. A micro wave oven taking half the space of the desk table top. Noisy air conditioning. Noisy refrigerator. You have to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper while sitting on the toilet. A head of hair rolling on the carpet. At 7:30 AM, no water in the shower. I finally was able to shower at 8:AM. Breakfast included in the room rate is OK. Coffee was pretty good. I probably will not stay there again.
