Zar San Luis Potosi

Nothing much has changed since our last stay. The Federal police are still there.The rooms are basic and you have to ask for water and a second towel. They now have a restaurant that will serve breakfast. The desk clerk did not speak English so you need some basic Spanish.Also all the tv channels are in Spanish. Good location on that side of town.

Police sub station and sleep spot. LOTS of heavily armed federal police around in the lobby and in the rooms. It's ok for a single night passing through, and conveniently located at the edge of town, but it doesn't have anything to offer in terms of a longer stay.

Very loud hotel!!!!! The Mexican federal police has an office in the first floor and they are very loud. I felt safe there because of the police presence but they were very LOUD! The worst part is all the mold in the hotel. The room was filled with mold/mildew. It was in the bathroom, the bedroom, and on the ceiling! The room felt dirty because of all the mildew/mold. We woke up coughing the next day!
