Link Hotel

All Super nice and quality customer service, all were friendly Clean and tidy Friendly always and attentive to what you needed

I am writing about the Link Hotel in Culiacan, Mexico. I did not make the reservation through Booking because I got it cheaper directly through the hotel, even though Booking stated it had the lowest price. I stay in backpacker hotels all the time. I am not looking for the Marriott. This hotel, however, was the most discusting hotel I have stayed at in my life. It probably had not been cleaned in six months. Carpets stained with god knows what, garbage in the room. I could go on and on. Please do your clients a favor and take it off your site.

This place is absolutely awful. I have never written a review on TripAdvisor before and feel compelled to do so because I would never want anyone to end up staying at this place because of lack of information. Gross carpet, beat-up furniture, musty smell, flimsy door that doesn't exactly make one feel very safe. Dead cockroach in the bathroom when I walked in. I will stay here tonight because it's too late to look for another option, but it is by far the grossest hotel I've ever stayed in (and I backpacked through South America on a shoestring budget when I was in my 20s). Don't stay here!
