Great customer svc! Hotel could use a little updating! But has a great walking path to enjoy the outdoors! Employees are very attentative!

Despite being an old hotel, the rooms are first class. The attention of the staff is unbeatable. Chef Rigo, Liz the waitress, Carlos the bartender and Maria Jose at the front desk helped make our stay even more pleasant. The restaurant's food is delicious. The conference rooms are very well equipped. A great place for a business and/or pleasure trip.

Very nice room, very comfortable bed, ok bathroom and cleanliness too. The facilities are old but with very good maintenance, a clean and comfortable pool, service of 10... everything was very good until it occurred to me to order a “double” Dobel tequila (I attach a reference to the size of the double, since they served it to us in the same one) , only to realize at the time of the bill that it cost 518 pesos each… IT'S A THEFT! It's almost what a bottle costs in the supermarket! Very bad, it really left a very bad taste in our mouths to pay 4,000 pesos for 6 caballitos, a pina colada and 4 beers for our stay at the pool…
