City Express Mazatlan

Review for City Express by Marriott Mazatlán I booked this hotel at the last minute for a one-night stay due to a delayed flight. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a Marriott property. Pros: The staff I interacted with were friendly. Cons: The hotel felt more like a 2-3 star motel rather than a Marriott. The rooms were dirty and appeared to have mold. The overall condition of the hotel was run-down. The lobby staff seemed clueless about Marriott Bonvoy benefits. Address: City Express by Marriott Mazatlán El Toreo 91, El Toreo, Mazatlán, Sinaloa, 82120, Mexico Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent stay comfort Rest for a good working week, amazing food and very good service If you would return, the pool super quiet to relax from a day of work Loved meeting Mazatlan working in this amazing Hotel

Comfort and cleanliness in every detail. It has a pool and the facilities are very good. The room with two double beds and air conditioning. The hotel staff very friendly and attentive at all times Very well located, near the seawall and golden area.
