Review for City Express by Marriott Mazatlán
I booked this hotel at the last minute for a one-night stay due to a delayed flight. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a Marriott property.
Pros:
The staff I interacted with were friendly.
Cons:
The hotel felt more like a 2-3 star motel rather than a Marriott.
The rooms were dirty and appeared to have mold.
The overall condition of the hotel was run-down.
The lobby staff seemed clueless about Marriott Bonvoy benefits.
