I have been a customer for almost 15 years. (Wife of a long-time timeshare member) This time I went with friends. We were truly delighted. From the moment we were received. Super attentive. The young Eduardo at check-in was super friendly; he always explains everything in great detail!! And it clears all doubts for us. Very patient with the guest. The young Remijio, the cart driver, transported us. Very attentive. The young Alan, the sushi waiter, is very kind; he always explains things clearly and gives us suggestions. He has patience with us. And an excellent waiter, the young Hugo, waiter and barista, IS THE BEST OF ALL!! Whenever we go, he is very helpful. He chats with us, asks how we are, what we need, very kind, has an excellent sense of humor; as a waiter, he is the best. Whenever we go, we say we want to see him. He explains the dishes to us, attends to us excellently, 1000 out of 10, the waiter Angel at The Bistro, super attentive, is very attentive, suggests to us, excellent service, the young Felipe attended to us at the pool front. To The Bistro. Super helpful, super attentive with the drinks, excellent service. Miss Perla, the cashier at the supermarket, always!! She attends to us very kindly, is helpful, always smiling, very lovely as a person in addition to being beautiful, 1000 out of 10 for her. Another cashier, I don't remember the name, is very kind as well. Miss Rosita delivers the food to us, always attentive, always kind. Very well, Miss Heidy gave us the exit, very kind, attentive, excellent at explaining, a lovely person, the young Jorge Ben Boys. Excellent service!! We are truly delighted. They have a staff. Very valuable, true gems; this motivates us a lot to want to return. Blessings for all of them.

Terrible attention from the entire staff at the BISTRÓ restaurant, awful shuttle service with wait times of up to 1 hour; the drivers provided poor service and had a bad attitude, except for Mr. Remigio, who provided excellent service and attitude! The bar staff at the bistro pool provided terrible service and attention; however, all the staff at the main pool, especially the bartenders, provided excellent service 10/10. All staff should have the same attitude as Mr. Remigio or the bartenders at the main pool. Would I return? Yes! But I hope that they truly take action on this matter, ESPECIALLY REGARDING THE SHUTTLES AND ALL THOSE DRIVERS WHO SEEM TO NOT RECEIVE A SALARY.

Antonio Perez is an amazing server my family and enjoy dinning with him he was attentive to all our needs, we looked forward whenever we dined because of Antonio!
