Quality Inn Mazatlan

We spent a week here and truly enjoyed it. This is an average hotel, not your big fancy resort style. It’s very clean and quiet, 2x excellent pools. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is your typical Mexican breakfast which was good and the staff were wonderful in the restaurant. The hotel is located in a great location easy walking to many shops, bars, restaurants ,beach and the Malecon. The only suggestion I would make is mini fridge in the room as it would be nice to keep beverages cold and water.

Nice hotel, but unbearable noise from nearby clubs - ALL NIGHT! The staff was kind and accommodating, and the hotel itself is clean and well-kept. However, I originally booked a balcony room and was placed directly across from a club with blasting live band. Despite earplugs and noise-canceling headphones, I couldn’t sleep. The music continued past 4 AM. To their credit, the staff moved me to another room, which helped slightly—it’s still noisy, but at least I can “try” to sleep. I moved here from an Airbnb where I couldn’t sleep due to partying, hoping for rest before a long travel day. Unfortunately, if you need sleep, avoid the rooms facing the street or avoid this hotel. They should really not be rented out unless the hotel warns guests about the noise level. If you’re here to party, you’ll be fine. But if you actually need sleep, book elsewhere or demand an interior-facing room.

The hotel very good, clean and very comfortable rooms, excellent location breakfast buffet very rich and I will recommend it to my colleagues and co-workers, the very friendly and attentive staff.. Very good choice to stay...
