The reservation included welcome cocktail (there was no) and in their reservation of the included food package, they mention that Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be à la carte menu (Fake), Breakfast not, lunch and dinner yes. The staff and waiters are excellent and the food is quality, so I leave 3/5.

It's an unfortunate hotel. There is no Valet, there is no bell boy, you are handed the pool towels when you arrive as obviously there is no one to attend to you in the pool less on the beach. All indications are that it is a Self Service Hotel as the cleanliness of the rooms is limited to laying the beds and changing the towels. They changed the veneers on the doors of the rooms without warning which caused me to be unable to get into my room. The window door facing the terrace has no maintenance, opening it is, let's put it kindly, complicated. If you want to spend a pleasant holiday you should avoid this hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous setting but thst is where it stops. I would give this place 2 stars. The rooms need maintenance and refreshing . Floors are grimy. There are lots of bugs in the room so flying and some crawling. Showe temp is luke warm and bathtub won’t drain. The food at the onsite restaurant is decent. You receive 2 bottles of water and free WiFi. Otherwise everything else is at a cost. Take a round trip taxi from the airport and schedule your return pick up . If you do joy the hotel will charge you for their shuttle $33. It is a guard gated community which is very nice but taxis apparently are difficult to come by. I may stay here again but it is definitely not a luxurious experience but then neither is the price. Oh it’s 3 floors and the elevator is broken. Was once most likely a lovely hotel but now 15 years old it is very neglected
