Fiesta Inn Express of Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico is a very dirty hotel and bad service, they changed my room 3 times, they sent a hotel employee as a witness to my complaints and everything was true, I had to go to buy sheets and pillows, I could not cancel my reservation and change hotels because there was no availability in the hotel that I had as a second choice, I had to clean the room myself during my stay, this hotel receives a lot of public works employee (man), I think for that reason there are no complaints on the pages, because they are guests who arrive super tired just to sleep, I talk to one of them and work 16 hours a day, they only get to sleep. It is not a family hotel, on the contrary I was wary of being late for the same.
