Excellent Service, very friendly treatment from the staff, very well located, clean, with breakfast included delicious by the way and very varied your buffet , I recommend the Hotel to the 💯

The check in was very slow. The staff does not seem attentive to the guests. They are polite though. I do not know what else to write I am just writing to fulfilfil the requirements of the application which is another complaint. This is a complete waste of time

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel the beds are great some of the best I have slept on in Mexico the rooms are very clean . Free water and actually a very nice soap and shampoo staff is friendly the breakfast is excellent you pay extra for the buffet but the free one is great There is also a pool and small gym
