Fiesta Americana Hermosillo

Pretty bad hotel, it appears they haven’t remodeled in 20-30 years and everything is dated. The sink wouldn’t drain and the water barely came out of the shower head. The beds and pillows were also below average. Would recommend other hotels in the area. The staff was very kind and nice.

The worst experience of the whole chain! They didn't respect my membership level, they put me next to the closet hab. 928 and all night we couldn't sleep because of the white cart noise and radio noises from the staff talking

After a long journey we were offered the dirtiest room. It disgusted to step on the carpet barefoot. The desk chair was disgusting to sit on how stained and grimy it was.
