City Express Nogales

The truth surprised me positively about this hotel, as despite being a small hotel with few amenities, it met expectations. It is a clean hotel, with friendly staff, ample parking, and safe. As a bonus, I forgot a bag with clothes, and although I struggled a bit at first to get information about it, I was able to recover it without any setbacks. Definitely a good option for staying 1 or 2 nights for business or family purposes.

Very bad experience. The air conditioning was not good and after a long time we changed rooms. In the new room there were bed bugs and it was very dirty. Also the service was terrible!!!

Lousy experience at City Express Nogales. I don't recommend it. I stayed on February 8, 2026 and the temperature of the room was fixed at 79°F. I was told this was “normal.” It's not. It's uncomfortable to sleep in and to be in the room. Although there is a thermostat, the hotel controls the system centrally, so the guest has no real control over the temperature of the room. They sent maintenance (Joshua), who also claimed to be the manager. Instead of solving the problem, he was more focused on saying he couldn’t make refunds than on helping to fix the situation. They offered no change of room or real solution. Marriott Bonvoy only opened one case and said the hotel would contact in 5 business days, which doesn't help when the problem is during the stay. Clear points: • 79°F is not an acceptable temperature for a hotel room. • Not having temperature control as a guest is unacceptable. • Lack of professionalism of staff. Far below expectations for a Marriott-affiliated hotel. Book at your own risk
