Very dirty, many cockroaches. A lot of lack of hygiene

We have more than 10 years visiting for holidays and this year will be our last. It lacks a lot of maintenance, the refrigerator was useless, the toilet would not go down, the key to the sink and shower loose (I stayed with them in my hand), bathroom lights shorting. Cookware incomplete, grill only served half, sofabed impossible to open, controls without battery. In the pool, there was no security and guests eating and drinking inside which made the pool dirty and not safe for children. I was happy in this hotel but this year I was disappointed.

I got a wonderful room on the third floor with direct view to the jetty. Very attentive staff and impeccable rooms. The super good size pool and restaurant is a quick option for when you didn't get up so early but a few steps away is the San Carlos Market and other places to eat like Hammershead and Sushi. I did not use the spa but my stay was super nice.
