Crowne Plaza Toluca Lancaster

Stayed here for business for 3 nights and was not impressed with the hotel. Room was Ok. Nothing special, nothing really bad but nothing that stood out. In the bathroom, celling siding panels falling off, faucet leaking. Breakfast was good. most disappointing was dinner food in the restaurant. soups from microwave, steak from frying pan, bread was at least a week old on multiple occasions. Needless to say, next time i am staying in a different hotel.
