Best Western Toluca

Staff not in their area, the receptionist was not in her place, I had to be looking for her; Also I didn't have hot water in my room, the breakfast menu is limited. The restaurant closes early and there is no room service

All the staff who work there have a service attitude and care about providing the best care. The breakfast is good and the area is always clean, I have actually had a good rest. Keep improving.

They recently raised the price of the room from approximately $900 to almost $1300 but the breakfast service is still very limited, extremely simple and small in quantity. The towels are old and extremely worn. The staff is very friendly but it is still unpleasant to bathe with almost torn towels.
