This is the first time this has happened to me in a hotel, and as a moral: if you bring your children and plan to stay here, bring your towels, if you don’t want your children to blow dry!

My stay was long before 2023, horrible experience, very old mattresses that smell like feet, a bathroom with genital hair on the floor, a food place that smells like pee, very dusty incompetent receptionists, and there was like a bar next door where there were drunk men in costumes. . They did not respect my arrival time. Upon arrival the options they gave me were to wait an hour while the cleaning staff finished the cleaning, go to the restaurant or choose another room option. The lady at the reception couldn't give me a solution or even try to respect the price they had given me at the beginning when it was a hotel error.
