City Express Villahermosa

It is only a place to get to sleep; the attention is terrible, the buffet is very basic but it takes years to refill the trays and the person who does it barely if he answers you. In the room there were hairs in the colander and the bathroom extractor was not good... we wanted to talk to the manager but he had not arrived. It really is a hotel by the way... bad. We're not coming back.

If you want to visit the city of Villahermosa this hotel is an excellent option, it is very central, it is close to several squares and has many food stalls around it. The rooms are clean and the staff is very good. It is an executive hotel, not a luxury one, but I quite like it since I have always found it clean.

Excellent service, the breakfast buffet is delicious, the staff's attention is the best, clean rooms, comfortable beds. With a very good location. Comfort at its finest.
