Howard Johnson Hotel Villahermosa

There is no pool as in the photos, the games room is used as a wine cellar. When we wanted to bathe there is no hot water and we were told to wait 40 minutes. For what they charge there is expected to be hot water when needed. The towels are worn out.

Nice area, not bad hotel. Pet friendly with a fee pending on the size and weight of your furry child. They valet your vehicle in a near by hotel. Everything is safe and probably one of the cleanest town we drove through on our visit. Do make time to visit Villahermosa a lot of neat things to do.

The location of the hotel was acceptable, the bathroom was never cleaned with chlorine, I guess just with water since it smelled horrible! On the other hand, those little rooms that overlook a skylight are very dark and ugly. There is no hot water and the kid who was at the reception seemed like he was sniffing the hotel bathrooms. Another thing, the waitress knocked on the door and before answering she had already opened the door. It is the first and last time I stay in that hotel.
