the front desk receptionist was very put out when we asked to upgrade our room breakfast is not included which was not explained at check in no blankets for bed the hot tub did not work it took over...

Stayed here in early 2000s when it was the Crown Plaza. It’s still a nice place to stay even with current closures of pool & restaurant. They are currently working on some exterior repairs and rooms...
