RESPONDING TO YOUR LAST REPLY, THE NIGHTS I SPENT WITH MY FAMILY WERE SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2024 AND SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2024, THE EXTORTION ACTS MAKE THEM IN THE PARKING LOT AND EVEN THESE PEOPLE ENTER THE RECEPTION AREA AND LOBBY AND I REITERATE THAT NO ONE OF THE HOTEL STAFF DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND I ALSO REITERATE THAT I WAS NOT THE ONLY GUEST WHO SUFFERED THAT IN THOSE TWO NIGHTS, MINIMUM I COULD LEARN OF 2 MORE PEOPLE THAT HAPPENED TO THEM THE SAME AS TO ME

The hotel is not bad but it is taken over by organized crime, in the parking lot of the hotel come daily armed guys with radio and ask for quota to all the guests and those of the hotel see everything and nobody does anything, I was victim of this and when claiming at reception they told me it was a problem out of their hands

We went to have breakfast before crossing the border, we were attended by Arturo who very kindly invited us to go to the buffet and Jesi, who were both very nice and remarkably kind. The food was delicious; regional and homemade seasoning.
