Very good attention from the people at the front desk, I felt comfortable those 6 days I was there.

I booked an air-conditioned room and when I arrived I was given one that even a fan did not have. After I complained, they changed it. Then at 10pm I turn on the TV and all the blocked channels, went down to reception and someone was sent, but what he did didn't unblock all the channels. I went downstairs a second time and, after complaining widely about my annoyance, they finally fixed the problem. It seems that to be a guest at this hotel you have to learn to set up your TVs and (especially!) not complain about it.

TERRIBLE HOTEL!! Don't stay here!!! I've been asking for an invoice for a month and they won't send it!!! There are cockroaches in the rooms, no air conditioning, no parking!!! The staff is TERRIBLE, that's the worst! NOTHING EFFICIENT!
