The welcome was good, but we were immediately informed that 2 of the pools were not available, including the children's pool, and on the food side, the buffet could be improved, as well as the facilities, which show signs of austerity.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and animation of the maevafriends, I highly recommend going with the willingness to participate in the activities they do to spend the most fun, excellent experience that I take from maeva and its animators that give personality to the hotel, A greeting to Eli, Cesar, Sebastian, Hugo and Osiel that made my vacation more fun
