The truth very disappointed of the experience. The hotel page offered air conditioning and there was no, terrible heat. The phone never worked. The bathroom smelled of plumbing and was often covered. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. There was no willingness on the part of the staff to resolve the situation. Wouldn't recommend it in any way

At the time of booking, I specifically confirmed that the room would be air-conditioned. However, upon arrival at the assigned room, I found that there was no air conditioning, which generated considerable discomfort given the weather conditions in Mexico City. In addition to this fundamental breach of the service offered, we find the following deficiencies in the room: The phone was not working, making it impossible to communicate directly with reception to report problems. The bathroom shower was blocked and smelling like a pipe, which made it extremely difficult to use and evidenced a lack of maintenance and care in preparing the room for guests. Faced with these obvious faults, I went to the reception to request a change of room. However, the response I received from the receptionist was, in my opinion, totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of offering a viable solution or alternatives, including the possibility of an air-conditioned room in your adjoining hotel, the suggestion was that you simply look for another hotel. This response not only ignores the inconvenience and displeasure generated by the non-compliance of its services and the poor conditions of the room, but also demonstrates a flagrant lack of interest in customer satisfaction and a disregard for the commitment made in offering the reservation. I consider that the situation experienced represents a serious lack of care and a poor quality of service offered by your hotel in Mexico City. My expectation in choosing your establishment was to enjoy a comfortable stay with the promised services, which was not fulfilled at all. They never fixed the phone and did not provide a solution in the shower, nor did they allow a change of room.

It is an expensive option for what it costs. The rooms have no air, poor maintenance, no air conditioning. One of the beds had hair. We arrived and there were no towels, the TV didn't work, and not to mention the shower. Water came out everywhere except where it should. The staff just said "It is what it is."
