The staff was helpful, but the food and the rooms with many details and obsolete things left something to be desired. (Broken floors and accessories that could not be used).

The hotel is well located, but you can notice the difference compared to hotels in other states; old TVs, internet connection mode via password, it does not seem to have advanced. In my opinion, it is as if I returned to 2006/2009 to visit a good hotel. It is not a general issue with the hotel because the whole state looks like that.

they scratched my car and did not give me the proper attention, and we are sure that they caused the scratch inside; when we wanted to clarify the situation, they simply disclaimed responsibility for the situation and did not provide us with an investigation response.
