Mar y Tierra Hotel

When they give you a very cuddly room, with no closet and a window into the drain pipes. It's on the seawall, it's not a beach area.

It is my second time at this hotel, to tell you the truth the hotel conditions are very bad, our room smelled bad, it did not serve the handle of the shower for cold water, there were cockroaches, one of the lights next to the bed did not serve. To be a central hotel should have better conditions, we didn't want to do so much drama with those things since we only stayed 1 1/2 days. Service from the reception boy was too friendly, treated us amazing compared to the other boy and girls.

Moisture is everywhere Nov 2024 Very moist and black mold everywhere. Reception staff was friendly but it doesn't matter when the product is old and ill maintained. The problem is the ubiquitous sensation of mold and odors of moisture. Especially the third floor is reeking of bacteria. The hallways are not all airconditioned, as they obviously try to save money on electricity but this is unacceptable for European people. Well. No views and older rooms, although in good shape. Not a good feeling to stay at this place. Staff was nice but not much of a help.
