Holiday Inn Tuxpan

It has fallen in a couple of years, the rooms are perceived to lack maintenance, the furniture somewhat damaged. Extremely slow check in, we arrived just before 3 PM and were instructed to wait for the time. Being 3 o’clock we were instructed to wait longer, after 40 minutes past the hour marked check in(3PM) we managed to be given access to the room. They changed the furniture in the pool to one apparently more deteriorated than they originally had. Breakfast dishes are coarse and well seasoned, sometimes feel a little saturated the waiters. Check out seamlessly.

I only stayed one night, didn't use the closet, checked out, and on my way back home, I found that the administration had made an improper and unauthorized charge to my card for a supposedly missing item. I called the front desk and they claimed that two hooks were missing from the closet that I never opened. The receptionist told me that her supervisor had checked, to which I replied that they should make an inventory of the items in the closet for guests to sign when checking in and out to ensure that everything is there. I emphasized that I didn't even take the complimentary cream and soap I used; I left that too. I told them to check with their cleaning staff, to whom I had also left a tip. I wasn't going to say anything about the towels, but since I'm on the subject, the bathroom towels are worn out and super thin. They dry you off and seem clean, but it's obvious that they haven't been replaced in a long time. When I saw this, I unmade the bed to check the condition of the sheets and pillowcases. We travel regularly to Tuxpan, Veracruz, and the Courtyard Marriott will no longer be an option for us to stay at.

This Hotel has amazing Receptionist Olga helped me make an excellent decision to stay with them, the 3 amazing rooms clean and suited to what we need!! But what helped me decide on this property was its warm service, its professionalism, its smile and excellent attitude. The truth is that the human value of any company is its collaborators that makes the big difference versus the competition!! If you ask me what the added value of this hotel is Olga who helped me have the best stay and not only for me but for my companions Congratulations Olga for your excellent service and for being amazing in your post!! I definitely hope to come back and have the pleasure of greeting you again
