At reception they are friendly, however the room is disgusting, the bed linen smells bad grime, since I saw the dirty bed foot, with a stain, the smell of the room is very unpleasant, they do not have air conditioning, only a standing fan; there is a desk on the side of the bed, which if you want to use you have to go over to use them and is full of dust and does not have a chair for this, the contacts do not allow to connect your bucket because it is right to the iron head of the bed, in the shower comes a strong jet of water, but it takes time for the hot water to come out, the window that has this one gives direct to drain pipes making those smells enter the room, the pool does not maintain the water this cloudy and the Jacuzzi worse is disgusting and there is no Towel Service, breakfast is cold; they make a lot of noise in the corridors and do not let sleep. Personally I do not recommend it.

Noise in the room unbearable. The walls look like paper. On the second floor the rooms face cubes so you can hear everything. Crying babies, late night talks...at 4 am a person vomiting for half an hour...it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend.

We spent a while at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. They have beautiful spacious rooms, and great service. Location is not great if you plan on walking but if you're driving it's close to the center and other great areas. The terrace has a beautiful view of the city also. My son loved finding towel animals on the beds. We would stay here again.
