Best Western Plaza Vizcaya

They still have a "courtesy" breakfast that is BAD and of POOR QUALITY, artificial juices, only eggs, and no other protein for those of us who CANNOT eat EGGS. Everything else is just extras. The hotel staff is brilliant; they resolve everything, but the restaurant has been a long-standing issue. The worst part is that no one takes any responsibility; the excuse is textbook: This is how they indicate it to us. So who should take responsibility? The most important question is: Why do they survey if they make no changes? Offering that courtesy is a poor excuse for the guest to consume at a restaurant that excites no one.

cleanliness, comfortable and attentive the truth for work is worth it, only problem with the sheet that did not open had to be forced a lot, but in general very comfortable and quiet thank you; I went for work and was comfortable, well received quite attentive

Unfortunately I thought it was much better but I was wrong I don't recommend it at all for what they offer and charge I will never go back there is no water in the morning because there is no pressure breakfast is terrible
