I had a gold chain stolen in one of their rooms, and to this day they have not taken responsibility; they simply said they did not have it.

Very nice decoration, for so many years it is super well maintained. The food in the restaurant was decent. I had no problem either with the weather or the shower or the cleanliness of the room. If I had to complain about something, the only thing would be that the carpets in the halls look dirty.

The hotel is OK. It’s the details for me. The proximity to el Centro is great, walking distance to a lot of attractions and a quick 25 minute ride from airport. We rented two rooms, in one of the rooms the plaster was falling off the wall, the shower was not cleaned properly there was hair all over the floor, the hinges on the shower door were super dirty, the keys to the room didn’t work properly, and the water pressure was not the best in the shower. Nothing surprising as a lot of other reviews mention the same issues.
