Victoria Express Durango

This wasn’t my first time at this hotel. The room was okay, but the bathroom has couple of things they need to fix, the shower head wasn’t working, the floor near the wall wasn’t swept, to dusty. Their website claims they offer free breakfast when reservations are done through their own website, wrong, it wasn’t honored. I will take all of these into consideration next time I travel to Durango, this won’t be my last time. I’ll check other hotels.

We arrived at this hotel 7 years ago and it was pleasant the stay, now it was more, we were pleased to see that the hotel has improved, they have a coffee service and tea, 24 hours, a pool that closes until 9p.m. and with hot water, your restaurant is a very pleasant place its dishes very well presented and rich. A very special thanks to Ms. Andrea Ortiz for all the details and attentions. We'll gladly be back.

We stay here every year we're in the area. This hotel is easy to find, safe secure parking and within walking distance to shopping centers. The staff is always helpful and welcoming, the pool and grounds well cared for. The hotel is very near the Bistro - a good restaurant for breakfasts or dinner.
