Very poor customer service. When the light comes on, cockroaches run, bad smell, no hot water, lousy. To finish it, we could not stay 2 nights that we had already paid and DID NOT WANT TO REFUND THE RATE of only one night. It was a robbery! we weren't asking for a refund and the late shift receptionist Cinthia gave us a very bad attention and didn't even apologize because she accepted that we were being robbed

Attention good.....Terrible Room, all very battered, well, broken doors, cobwebs in the curtains, closet doors do NOT run, bad, bad, bad. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The hotel is horrible, smells bad, there is tartar in the bathroom, old furniture, the TV does not look complete, the dirty pool, they do not support you with anything. What little staff they have and still bad. We hired lili trips and this experience gave us, also they should know where they put their customers.
