THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT WE HAD VISITORS WHO CAME ON A VERY DEMANDING CIRCUIT ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY, SOMETHING UNEXPECTED AROSE AND HELPED US RESOLVE IT, VERY TIMELY. RECEPTION, SECURITY, MANAGEMENT, RESERVATIONS THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The hotel is ok if you only want to sleep and not spend any time there. We arrived late night and the person at the reception was sleeping. Took more than 10 minutes to kind of wake up!!! Moved from the couch to the desk, felt asleep on top of the desk, then he moved to the computer, he also was sleeping at the computer, couldn’t even speak! Finally he gave me the paper to register and the key. Very unsafe to have someone like him working there. They should have someone professional and responsible enough to be awake during the night and do a good job!!!
