Hotel Dolores Alba

Lots of noise in the crowded pool, also in the night from the district. Breakfast very basic, no bar or restaurant. Not a good neighborhood. Hotel room old but clean

So the hotel is close to the city and the rooms are great . Air conditioning did not work , breakfast simple , bathroom very, very old and without shelves . The hotel is not recommended despite low price!

The location is very close to the city centre. The atmosphere and building are very old and simple. Rooms are poor, old, dirty (because are old). There's a safe but is broken. A lamp broken. The sink was lacking water. You have just a medium towel to dry everything. The bathroom floor was very slippery and after shower you have nothing to dry it. There's no hair dryer but you can ask in reception if available. The receptionist are kind but English is still not very easy to use in communication. The worst part is breakfast. It's written american breakfast but is mexican. If you can't eat sugar is the worst place to eat. They don't serve you anything without sugar but eggs. They still don't understand the difference between being vegetarian and vegan. You can't choose what to eat. There's no drinkable water available for free in the breakfast area. Just sugar drinks. Mexico has huge issues with sugar food and diabetes.....maybe they should start to serve an healthy diet. So you can become diabetic in one week stay but is forbidden to smoke in the whole hotel area. But you see cigarettes on the floor in the area around the parking....By adding a small area with an ashtray and a camera they should solve all the dirt issues and let the people live freely. This is a standard 3 star hotel.
