Hotel El Cid Merida

All the rooms smell very bad of humidity, there is no cleaning, added to the fact that there is no qualified staff to give you information, the hotel had a malfunction in the water supply, and they indicated that it was a general problem, however their maintenance area worked a day later to fix the supply, they searched through my parents' things and extracted $$$, the people at the front desk never gave us a solution, I asked to speak with the manager and they indicated that they could not disturb him, since he was not working (9:30), the pool was never in service due to lack of cleaning, it is the worst hotel where I have stayed

Terrible experience, the walls were full of dampness, the finishes were rusty, dirty, the photos they upload really have nothing to do with reality.

Bad service. If the price was 0€ it would be expensive. Initially he said he had no rooms, only luxury rooms for 800 Pesos. I booked a standard room on booking for 400! There is no hot water, unprofessional employees. Rooms lacking cleanliness. Old hotel, the photos are deceiving.
