Hotel Embajadores

I am seeing that the opinions are from last year, so I want to update the information, I was in September 2024, the hotel is located in the center of the city, although it is an old property you can tell that they have been remodeling, the corridors have the tiles ninecites and the walls very clean, the common areas and the pool are in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable, showers with plenty of water and good temperature. The air conditioning works well and have a flat screen. The bathroom had the new tiles, all he needed was paint on the door. There are amenities like soap, shampoo and cream, but there was nowhere to hang the towels and no toilet paper bra. At the Reception they have a water dispenser from which you can drink hot or cold water as needed. Overall, the hotel is fine. I recommend it.

Everything seems good to me according to the cost per night, the treatment is friendly and the people give you a good face which is super important, the hotel seems clean to me, they are remodeling the restaurant and it will surely be very good because the food and service are good, in addition to affordable costs

This hotel has some quirks! The keycard needs to be activated daily because it deactivates itself. The open plan of the hotel makes it wet on a rainy day to walk to your room, slippery tiles everywhere. The next door (hotel)restaurant has live music which is very noisy and makes sleeping early impossible. But the rooms are ok. The shower is good, the wifi is fine. Parking is in a public parking behind the hotel, close to the restaurant entrance. Upon check-in we had a misunderstanding about the price, we booked through booking and they wanted us to pay more than the bill of booking stated, we arrived soaked wet (we ride motorbikes and got caught in the rain) check-in took forever due to the bill argument and misunderstanding, and it had to be sorted out before we could take a shower and get ourselves into dry clothes. We just stood there waiting and waiting while dripping water........Not my kind of hotel. A bit overpriced and the staff is far from friendly. The COVID rules apply but really I would not trust them with my health. We cleaned doorknobs, light switches, they do not overly clean so to speak.
