Hotel Hacienda Merida

We stayed for four nights at this beautiful hotel in Mérida, Yucatán, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! ❤️🇲🇽 The property is stunning, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. A very special thank you to Albert and Armando, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mérida. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! ✨❤️🇲🇽

Nice establishment with lots of assets but who does not live. Good location. Friendly receptionist, speaks French but unfortunately is also a handyman (baggage handler, valet...) The person at the bar is not friendly and does not offer any drinks, either in the lounge or by the pool. Disgusting continental breakfast (a disgrace) The Mexican lady who was at the front desk when we left had no courtesy skills like "Did you have a good time?" I won't go back! Superb bed and breakfast hotel, room was huge, hotel and room very clean and so beautiful. The breakfasts were fabulous, gorgeous omelettes and local cuisine if wanted. Bar for drinks in the evening which usually came with snacks. Staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. Loved our stay here.
