We had a lovely week. The staff were super accommodating. The location is great, one and a half blocks from the Plaza, but quiet. Beds were super comfortable.
We had two rooms in the front section which appears to be the oldest. They were pretty tired and in need of upgrading. My room was fine but really dated, my friend's room was musty, bathroom ceiling moldy, shower pressure bad. No safe in her room.
The restaurant was ok, breakfast was good with plenty of choices and fast service.
Unfortunately, it was only open from 7-11 and 6-10. There was nothing available if you arrived at 4 or 5 and wanted to relax with a beverage or snack. Many of the items on the menu for dinner were not available.
All this being said, we did enjoy our stay and would hope management would up their game a bit because it is really a lovely property
