Catastrophic service, employees who literally insult customers; when we want to complain, the employees add threats. Closer to organized crime than to hospitality.

Very expensive for what it is. Although we were upgraded, we were very disappointed: poorly maintained hotel: Many electrical outlets did not work; lack of curtains in the living room (thus outside lights disturbing sleep: weak and insufficient lighting; the fridge only works when the guest is in the room; the air conditioning remote was broken (thus no AC); cleaning was poorly done (thick dust on the wooden headboard; we stayed 3 nights and a very visible stain in the room remained, proving that cleaning was poorly done); there is a safe but it was stuck; absence of a stopper in the sink and the bathtub.

Very mediocre hotel. It was dirty, without toilet paper and without a glass. The bathtub did not drain, the air conditioning was nonexistent, and the shower provided cold water. The dining room had no ventilation. The freshness of the food was questionable. On the day of our visit, the employees were not very welcoming. The hotel looks like a place at the end of its life due to poor maintenance.
