Faded glory. . Large complex with hotel, bungalows and what were once sports facilities. 1970s hotel that has not been maintained since then. Literally everything is broken, both outside and inside. Examples: entrance gate, outdoor benches, tennis court, sanitary facilities, plasterwork, WiFi, paint, tiles, shower, etc. This hotel is literally ripe for demolition. Upon arrival we were carelessly handed a bill of 700 (€70) for towels and bath mat. Obviously refused, but also no towels! Receptionist was very helpful in printing out our plane boarding passes.

Spent a week at this hotel, amazing staff always happy to help. They would personally take us into Fes on a few occasions thanks to Gotra what a lovely woman. Mohammed was very helpful. Yusuf even drove us to the airport himself. The hotel is on a hill to get into Fes it's a 30min drive. We would visit tge Spa at Vichy which is 10mins walk about 150 steps to walk down. You can get a taxi. The breakfast and dinner is always the same insha allah soon they will upgrade the menu. The hotel is out dated just needs a good renovation. Amazing place over all will be back again. Beautiful scenic place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, this is not a 4 star at all, the hotel has dirty rooms and to top this off we spent the whole night with no lights as they all went out and no one to help to get this back on.
