Riad Nassim

We have been kindly received, by Issa who took us to the beautiful riad, we were a week in the riad, could ask anything, everything was brought by Issa and Galid, Issa arranged the excursions, the taxis, showed us the way in all the alleys of Fez and where we could watch footballs. And the icing on the cake is that at the end of our trip Issa brought the forgotten souvenirs and a wallet with all the cards and even cash money to the airport like a real host.

PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOU LIFE AVOID! Terrible experience!!! Got here redirected from other rijad. Had bedbugs in bed so decided to leave in the morning. Staff acted crazy. Started shouting, throwing objects, spitting. Almost got beaten up. Got a lots of offends. Worst of my experience EVER as travelerer!!! (Seen 36 countries). Situation like that make me wondering if I ever want to come to Morrocco again.

We had a reservation for three nights in Riad Nassim. Upon arrival the host was rather surprised, and said 'oh, but we are closed due to renovation'. After this we were send to another Riad in another part of the medina. Our new Riad was extremely dirty: the toilet was not cleaned, sheets not changed, there was a matress on the ground, both bathroom and the door of or room was difficult to close. This was definitely not what we booked for. Based on this, we decided to leave and stay at another Riad and we were so happy we did! We are two girls from the Netherlands who both happen to work in a four star hotel property in Amsterdam, I am even responsible for the Front Office. We know how relocation works, so we were easy at first. Please, don't take it lightly when we say: save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!
