The staff at Hotel Sofia have welcomed me as just another member of their family. The service of the waiters has always been exquisite and very attentive. I've always felt very comfortable. It is true that it is an old-looking hotel because the passage of time shows in its furniture, curtains, toilets,... but it is always clean. The room was very clean. It also had a sofa bed. The location is suitable to flee the noise and be able to rest. The wifi has worked to a thousand wonders. The delicious food. I will gladly return to this hotel when I return to Fez:-)

An average hotel, it needs a renovation, but it's well located in the city. The buffet is average, nothing special, but the staff is very attentive. The city of Fez is very beautiful and has a lot of culture, and its Medina is so colorful and has lots of things to buy.
