Hello, The receptionist ripped me off. She asked me to make a new Reservation because the first one had not gone well. After making the second Reservation, the site was unable to charge my card a second time. As I have no cash, she told me that she could not cancel one Reservation free of charge, and that the second would be subject to a fee. She also told me to send a message to your service. The good · I paid 200 dirham for a spacious single room, with a spacious private bathroom with a nice hot shower, in the centre of Casablanca. The owner was professional and by coincidence even wandered into a nearby bar where I was having language problems and helped me out The bad - the air-conditioning didn't work (but June was cool). The TV didn't work (but I wouldn't have used it anyway). The room hadn't been cleaned after the last guest, including the toilet - which was a bit yucky. But, hey, I was paying 200 dirham.

For my opinion they could improve a lot if the quality of cleaning and arrangements such as lights, cortinas pf shower change. The best is the Nice location and personaln, specially Younes, a nice profesional, thanks for your kindness and help in everything always. the area is perfect to find everything within walking distance
