The location is fine. Most tour companies will pick you up at the front door. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. They are stickler for the 3 pm check-in, but you're allowed to leave your bag or luggage while you head out to explore. Be mindful that they'll charge extra for the city tax when you arrive. Although it's a small amount, I wish they'd be transparent. The room service lady was very pleasant, but not always consistent. I noticed she skipped one day. They don't replenish the bottles of water. So, I had to go to a nearby supermarket to buy bottled water. The room looked clean. The bathroom needed a good clean. I noticed some moldy spots. The shower alternated between hot and cold, so that was annoying. Also, the shower drained slowly and built up. The noise insulation was bad, as I could hear people slamming their doors and music playing next door. It's a relatively budget place, so you pay for what you get. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

We had a reservation to go in December, but for a serious accident weeks before the trip we had to suspend it. We tried to contact them to cancel or change booking dates free of charge, but they never answered. Dismal attention to a serious incident.

Pleasantly Surprised – So Much Better Than Expected! I was honestly a bit unsure before booking Hotel Ennasma because some of the pictures online seemed outdated — but I’m so glad I went ahead with it! The hotel has clearly been renovated and it’s a completely different experience now. The rooms are clean, modern, and much more comfortable than what I expected based on the older photos. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Location-wise, it’s very central and convenient, perfect for both sightseeing and business. I also appreciated the value for money — it’s hard to find this level of quality and service at such a reasonable price. Definitely give it a try — the hotel has improved so much and deserves better recognition!
